Chongqing Construction Group announced that the 52nd meeting of the 5th Board of Directors was held on February 6. The meeting deliberated and approved the overall operating target plan for 2026. It agreed that the wholly-owned subsidiary Chongqing Traffic Construction Limited Liability Company will acquire 3.49% equity of Chongqing Chengdu Dianfeng Wuguang Expressway Company at a price not exceeding 0.8 yuan on the Chongqing United Exchange, corresponding to a paid-in capital of 0 yuan. In addition, the proposal to revise the "Insider Information Insider Registration Management System" was also approved.
