Regarding the Shaanxi blower case, the first-instance judgment rejected the plaintiff's lawsuit against the company, with an amount involved of approximately 469 million yuan, this judgment is not final; in the Jiangtong case, the second-instance ruling revoked the first-instance ruling and instructed the original court to hear the case, with an amount involved of approximately 783 million yuan.
