Jiufeng Energy announced that on February 5, 2026, Deputy General Manager and Secretary of the Board of Directors, Huang Bo, applied to resign due to personal career development plans. His original term was until January 29, 2027, and he will continue to serve as a director of the company after his resignation. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Huang Bo did not hold any shares in the company and had no outstanding public commitments.
