The Ruili City Health Bureau stated that upon verification, the content of the aforementioned videos are old news and severely inconsistent with the current situation in Ruili City. Ruili City has always strictly implemented various epidemic prevention and control measures issued by the national, provincial, and prefectural authorities, and established a sound epidemic monitoring and early warning mechanism. Currently, there have been no major infectious disease epidemics in Ruili City, nor have any "city lockdown" measures been implemented.
