Mugong shares were sold at an IPO price of HK$39, raising a net amount of HK$10.47 billion.

In the evening of February 5th, Muyuan Stock announced the results of its offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The Hong Kong public offering was subscribed 5.88 times, while the international offering was subscribed 8.62 times. The final offering price was 39 Hong Kong dollars, with net proceeds of 10.4704 billion Hong Kong dollars. The H shares will begin trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on February 6, 2026.
