Chenfeng Technology: Hong Kong Jifei intends to transfer 5.98% of the company's shares to Leng Wenlong.

On February 5, Chenfeng Technology announced that Hong Kong Jifei Industrial Co., Ltd., a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, signed a stock transfer agreement with Leng Wenlong on February 5. Hong Kong Jifei plans to transfer 15 million shares of the company's unrestricted tradable shares to Leng Wenlong at a transfer price of 20.85 yuan per share, with a total consideration of 313 million yuan. After this agreement transfer, Hong Kong Jifei and its concerted action person Wei Yiji collectively hold 12.3% of the company's shares, while Leng Wenlong holds 6.65% of the company's shares. Leng Wenlong purchased the company's shares solely for financial investment purposes.
