The interconnection project of 500 kV transmission lines between China and Laos is fully connected.

According to the reporter's information from the Southern Power Grid Company, on February 5th, with the successful high-altitude connection of the transmission lines at the border between Mohan, Yunnan Province, China and Mohan, Laos, the physical connection between the Chinese and Laotian sections of the 500 kV interconnection project has been achieved. This "handshake in the clouds" signifies that the entire domestic and international transmission lines of this project are now fully connected.
