Behigh Innovation: Holding Subsidiary Signs Supplemental Agreement for Increased Capitalization

Bohui Innovation Announcement: The company's holding subsidiary, Hebei Bohui, has signed a "2019 Supplementary Agreement" with Tongying Group regarding the follow-up approval of the Luchuan, Yao'an, and Pingdu three single plasma collection stations. The agreement stipulates that Tongying Group must complete the approval of the three single plasma collection stations mentioned above within 24 months from the effective date of all terms, or develop new single plasma collection stations for Hebei Bohui to replace the stations that have not been approved. If the approval is not completed, for each station that has not been approved, Hebei Bohui has the right to request a transfer of 80 million yuan in equity and compensation.
