Delai Lithium: Shareholder Ai Jianjie intends to reduce his holdings by 2%.

Dreilith Battery announced that Aijianjie, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, holds 11.1013% of the shares with 11.2457 million shares. He plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 2.00%, or less than 2.02 million shares, within the three months after the disclosure of the reduction announcement, through centralized bidding or block trading, with the shares acquired before the listing used for personal fund needs. A single entity may reduce the proportion by more than 1% through centralized bidding within three months.
