In response to the Palestinian allegations on the 4th regarding the Israeli army stopping wounded individuals from being evacuated from the Rafah Crossing, Israel denied the accusation on the same day. The Israeli Ministry of Defense's "Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories" made a statement on the 4th, stating that the Rafah Crossing was open as usual that morning, and Israel fully complied with relevant agreements and commitments. Regarding the issue of wounded individuals being unable to pass through, Israel stated that the World Health Organization, as the organization responsible for coordinating Gaza residents reaching the crossing, has not yet submitted the necessary coordination details for "procedural reasons". Israel stated that once they receive the agreed-upon coordination information, they will immediately allow patients and their accompanying individuals to enter Egypt. There has been no response from the World Health Organization regarding Israel's statement.
