KKR and New Telecommunications Consortium spent S$6.6 billion to acquire STT GDC.

KKR, New Telco and its affiliated funds will acquire the remaining 82% stake in ST Telemedia's global data centers for a total transaction value of 6.6 billion Singapore dollars. Including leveraged debt and committed capital expenditures, the implied enterprise value of the transaction is approximately 13.8 billion Singapore dollars.
