PayPal appoints Enrique Lores as CEO

On February 3, PayPal announced that its board of directors has appointed Enrique Lores as President and CEO, with the appointment set to take effect on March 1, 2026. To ensure a smooth transition, Chief Financial and Operating Officer Jamie Miller will serve as interim CEO until Lores officially takes office.
