Golden Universe Biotech: Shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares has released the pledge of 18.6 million shares.

Jinyu Biotech announced that on February 3, it received a notice from its shareholder BioHoldings, who holds more than 5% of the shares, stating that they hold 126 million shares of the company, accounting for 11.29% of the total share capital. On February 2, they released the pledge of 18.6 million shares of unrestricted shares pledged to Tibet Trust, accounting for 14.82% of their holdings and 1.67% of the total share capital. After this release, BioHoldings has pledged a total of 15.82 million shares, accounting for 12.6% of their holdings and 1.42% of the total share capital. BioHoldings and its concerted action parties collectively hold 155 million shares, accounting for 13.91% of the total share capital. After this release, a total of 15.82 million shares have been pledged, accounting for 10.23% of their holdings and 1.42% of the total share capital. There are currently no plans for further pledges of these released shares.
