According to the website of the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Fujian Province, the Department recently issued the "Opinions on Further Promoting the Stable Development of the Real Estate Market in Fujian Province", focusing on stabilizing the real estate market and boosting housing consumption from various aspects such as optimizing market supply, supporting housing consumption, deepening the "old for new" housing policy, and optimizing the housing provident fund withdrawal policy. The "Opinions" will be implemented from the date of issuance. Regarding support for housing consumption, the "Opinions" propose that local governments comprehensively implement existing effective policies, timely optimize the detailed rules for the implementation of shared property rights, and actively plan for the continuation of housing ticket projects. In counties with high inventory, policies such as housing ticket placement and "shared property rights" home purchase should be implemented quickly. Encouraging localities to explore the acquisition of existing commercial housing, promoting inventory liquidation. Support local governments in implementing subsidized policies like inclusive home purchase subsidies, subsidies for families with multiple children, and subsidies for commercial and office use according to the local economic and real estate development situations. Expand the scope of talent recognition and support talents of different levels to meet housing needs through home purchase subsidies, subsidized interest rates on loans, etc. Support local governments in implementing autonomous regulation, optimizing the standards for determining the number of housing units for families. For families with multiple children purchasing a second self-occupied house locally and applying for housing provident fund loans, the applicable interest rate shall be that of a first home. In terms of promoting urban renewal, the "Opinions" propose the orderly implementation of urban village redevelopment. Continuously support local governments in advancing the redevelopment of urban villages based on local conditions, focusing on addressing issues such as public health, safety risks, and living environment in urban villages. Support eligible projects in applying for local government special bonds and land reserve special bonds. Support the use of central and provincial affordable housing subsidy funds for acquiring eligible existing commercial housing, implementing housing ticket placements, and raising funds through multiple channels for resettlement housing.
