According to the "Cybersecurity Law" and the "Personal Information Protection Law" and other laws and regulations, in accordance with the requirements of the "Notice on Carrying out the Special Action Series on Personal Information Protection in 2025 by the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Public Security, and the State Administration for Market Regulation", 72 mobile applications were found to illegally collect and use personal information after being detected by the National Computer Virus Emergency Response Center.
