Ministry of Natural Resources: Make every effort to ensure efficient registration of transfer of real estate purchased by enterprises as "one efficient matter"

On February 3, the Ministry of Natural Resources held a mobilization meeting on "efficiency in real estate registration as one matter." The meeting specified that efforts should be made in five aspects to handle the transfer registration of real estate purchased by enterprises as one matter, striving for all cities and counties nationwide to have integrated services for enterprise registration and tax payment by the end of 2026, with loan approval, mortgage registration, and transfer registration in cities at the prefecture level and above being handled in one-stop fashion. The level of online and offline services is significantly improved.
