The high-level development of the industrial base and the modernization of the industrial chain have been further enhanced. Improving the quality and efficiency of financial services, promoting the establishment of a national artificial intelligence industry investment fund, the second phase fund for Shanghai's industrial transformation and upgrading, successfully launching the first batch of businesses on the bond market's "technology board," starting the pilot registration of real estate trust, initiating the implementation of cross-border financial services facilitation actions, promoting the operation of the digital RMB international operation center, the establishment of the interbank market data report repository, and the setting up of the China Capital Market Association, completing the reorganization and renaming of Guotai Haitong Securities for listing, and increasing the number of licensed financial institutions in Shanghai to 1813.
