China Merchants Bank: Xu Mingjie's appointment as Chief Risk Officer has been approved.

On February 2nd, China Merchants Bank announced that it has received the approval from the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission regarding the appointment qualification of Xu Mingjie as the Chief Risk Officer of China Merchants Bank. According to the approval, Xu Mingjie's appointment as the Chief Risk Officer of China Merchants Bank has been approved, with a term starting from January 30, 2026, until the expiration of the 13th Board of Directors of China Merchants Bank.
