Hubei Jiachuan Pharmaceutical: Subsidiary Signs Exclusive Commercialization Cooperation Agreement

Jichuan Pharmaceutical announced that its subsidiary Jichuan Limited and Puqi Pharmaceutical signed an exclusive commercial cooperation agreement, agreeing to authorize Jichuan Limited to be exclusively responsible for the commercialization of Pumeixi Tianib nasal spray in the People's Republic of China during the cooperation period. Jichuan Limited will pay Puqi Pharmaceutical a consideration of up to RMB 100 million for the exclusive commercialization rights.
