The total investment amount for this transaction is 17.625 million yuan. After the completion of the transaction, the company's equity stake in Sanas Zhivei will increase from 20% to 31%. In addition, according to the Investment Agreement, the founder of Sanas Zhivei, Geng Wenqiang, will entrust the company to exercise the corresponding voting rights of the shares he holds in Sanas Zhivei. At the same time, the company has signed a Unanimous Action Agreement with Geng Wenqiang to achieve control over Sanas Zhivei.
