JD.com reached a strategic cooperation agreement with the British Chamber of Commerce in China.
According to JD.com, JD Group and the China-Britain Business Council recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the Sino-British Business Forum. Under the agreement, the China-Britain Business Council will cooperate with local high-quality enterprises to deepen cooperation with JD, while JD Worldwide will provide full support for British brands, including Chinese market insights, customized operational services, and JD's e-commerce ecosystem and logistics network resources. At the same time, JD also revealed significant progress in its local business in the UK: JD's European online retail platform Joybuy will officially launch in March this year. During the trial operation period, leveraging JD's supply chain and logistics capabilities, Joybuy has achieved same-day and next-day delivery in multiple cities in the UK.
