According to the legal litigation information on Tianyancha, recently, Huayi Brothers Movie Co., Ltd. and its legal representative Wang Zhonglei have added a new order restricting consumption, with the executing court being Dongyang People's Court. The case progress information shows that the company had previously been ordered to pay over 5.99 million yuan in this case. Huayi Brothers Movie Co., Ltd. was established in December 2015 with a registered capital of 100 million RMB. Its business scope includes graphic design, e-commerce technology development, and post-production of films and television shows. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Huayi Brothers.
