In response to the measurement needs and industrial development bottlenecks of small and medium-sized enterprises, a series of measurement beneficial policies and measures have been developed and implemented, including expanding the pilot reform of grading and approval of secondary standard substances, shortening approval times, and reducing calibration fees. For key industrial chains and characteristic industries, precise measurement assistance is provided, offering full chain measurement support. Additionally, efforts are made to promote the open sharing of measurement resources in various regions, guiding measurement technology institutions, large enterprises, universities, and others to collaborate with small and medium-sized enterprises to build a coordinated service mechanism, enhancing the measurement guarantee capabilities of industrial chain supply chains. In 2026, the State Administration for Market Regulation will continue to improve the long-term mechanism for measurement services for small and medium-sized enterprises, deepen the "one enterprise, one policy" and "one chain, one policy" service modes, dynamically update the list of enterprise needs, enhance the specificity and effectiveness of services, and provide technical support for the improvement of measurement capabilities for small and medium-sized enterprises.
