Fushi Holdings: the controlling shareholder, Chairman and General Manager Chen Yongliang, has been placed under house arrest.

Fukushi Holdings announced on February 1st that the company recently received a notice of detention issued by a certain national supervisory commission. The actual controller and chairman and general manager, Chen Yongliang, has been detained. As of the date of this announcement, the company has not been asked to assist in the investigation.
