According to the official website of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, on January 31st, there were 208 newly built homes sold with a total area of 15,687.99 square meters, including 100 residential properties with a total area of 13,134.42 square meters. Additionally, there were 453 second-hand homes sold with a total area of 39,708.88 square meters, including 430 residential properties with a total area of 38,622.51 square meters.
