According to the China Energy News, the newly revised "Coal Mine Safety Regulations" will come into effect on February 1st. The regulations explicitly outline the requirements for preventing gas abnormalities in low-gas mines for the first time, include the identification of five levels of disasters in safety testing, and strengthen the deployment of technical personnel in coal mines, providing a new basis for industry safety supervision.
