On the afternoon of January 31st, at the closing session of the Fourth Session of the Fourteenth People's Congress of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, the meeting passed the "Regulations on Science and Technology Innovation in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region", which will be implemented from May 1, 2026.
