JPMorgan Chase and other banks have started selling $20 billion in debt financing to acquire Electronic Arts, the largest leveraged buyout in history - the privatization of the gaming giant Electronic Arts. According to sources, small banks in the Middle East, Asia, and Europe are actively buying A-rated term loans worth around $3 billion from the video game manufacturer. The sale process will continue until the end of February, and underwriting banks have the right to adjust the size of the A-rated term loans flexibly based on market conditions.
