Vanadium Titanium Company: 2026 Vanadium Energy Storage Raw Materials Cooperation Framework Agreement

announcement of Pangang Group Chengdu Vanadium and Titanium Resources Development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed a "2026 Vanadium Energy Storage Raw Material Cooperation Annual Framework Agreement" with Dalian Rongke Energy Storage Group Co., Ltd. in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. The agreement is valid from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. According to the agreement, the two parties will adopt a cooperative model of purchasing and selling vanadium ammonium metavanadate raw materials, with an estimated total quantity of 20,000 tons for 2026. This quantity does not include the raw materials required for the vanadium energy storage joint venture company established by Vanadium Titanium or other special major energy storage projects with Dalian Rongke. The final transaction quantity will be based on actual settlement, and there is still uncertainty as to whether the agreement can be fully implemented.
