Jiangxi Changyun: Assets of two passenger stations of its subsidiary are planned to be seized and taken over by the government for 13.01 million yuan.

Jiangxi Changyun announcement stated that, due to urban planning and construction needs, its subsidiary Ji'an Changyun intends to sign agreements with the Land Spatial Investigation and Planning Center and the Urban and Rural Construction and Transportation Bureau of Xiajiang County. Its assets such as the water-side passenger station and the Baqiu passenger station land use rights and above-ground buildings will be acquired, with a transaction price of 1301.9732 million yuan, a book cost of 489.75 million yuan, and a premium of 165.84%. The payment will be made in stages, with 50% to be paid within 15 days after the agreement is signed, and the remaining balance to be paid within one year after the procedures are completed. This transaction has been approved by the board of directors and is expected to increase the company's total profit in 2026 by approximately 8.1 million yuan.
