Beijing Meteorological Observatory issued at 11:00 on the 30th: this afternoon, cloudy with scattered light snow or snow showers, southerly winds of level 2-3, with a maximum temperature of 1C; in the night, turning from cloudy to clear, winds turning from south to north at level 2-3, with a minimum temperature of -6C. As of 14:00, Beijing's Huairou, Miyun, Pinggu, Mentougou, Fangshan, Shunyi, Haidian, and Shijingshan have experienced scattered snow showers in some areas. It is expected that in the afternoon to evening, most areas of Beijing will have scattered light snow or snow showers, mainly light snow showers in urban areas, with no accumulation of snow.
