Love Core Yanzhi: plans to globally issue approximately 105 million H shares, at a price of 28.20 Hong Kong dollars.

On the morning of January 30th, Aisin Yuzhi announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the company plans to globally issue 104,915,200 H shares, with 10,491,600 H shares to be issued in Hong Kong and 94,423,600 H shares to be issued internationally, with an additional 15% over-allotment option. The offering price is HK$28.20 per share, and it is expected that the shares will start trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on February 10, 2026.
