Company documents show that the merger will integrate Musk's rockets, Starlink satellites, X social media platform, and Grok artificial intelligence chatbot. According to the proposed merger, xAI's shares will be exchanged for SpaceX's shares. Insiders say that two entities have already been established in Nevada to facilitate the transaction.
