On January 29th, local time, United Nations Secretary-General Guterres held a press conference at the UN headquarters in New York, stating that the current international system is facing profound turmoil and uncertainty. The mechanism for solving global issues is no longer able to adapt to the reality, and there is a need to accelerate the reform of multilateral institutions and global financial architecture to address the constantly changing world order.
