Sichuan Gold announced that it recently received a letter from Beijing Jinyang, a shareholder with more than 5% of the shares, regarding the partial release of the pledged shares of Sichuan Gold Limited by Beijing Jinyang. Beijing Jinyang released 1.86 million shares on January 28, 2026, accounting for 4.76% of its holdings and 0.44% of the total share capital of the company. The pledge start date was May 7, 2025. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Beijing Jinyang held 39.03518 million shares, accounting for 9.29% of the total shares. After the release of the pledge, the number of pledged shares is 25.009669 million shares, accounting for 64.07% of its holdings and 5.95% of the total share capital of the company.
