According to the announcement of Tongfei Corporation, the company plans to issue stocks to specific targets in 2026, raising funds of no more than 1.2 billion RMB. The net amount raised, after deducting issuance expenses, will be invested in the Southern Headquarters and Industrial Cooling Equipment and Components Project, the Three Rivers Tongfei Refrigeration Co., Ltd. Liquid Cooling Temperature Control Project, and supplementary working capital. The Southern Headquarters project is expected to require an investment of 600 million RMB, the Liquid Cooling Temperature Control Project 300 million RMB, and supplementary working capital 300 million RMB. The number of stocks to be issued this time will not exceed 51.1737 million, and the issuance price will be determined based on bidding results, and not less than 80% of the average trading price of the company's stocks in the 20 trading days before the pricing benchmark date.
