Meinian Health announced that Meinian Health Industry Holdings Co., Ltd. intends to sign up for the pre-reorganization of Zhejiang Bangjie Holdings Group Co., Ltd., and designates its wholly-owned subsidiary Meinian Health Industry Co., Ltd. as the reorganization transferee. There is uncertainty as to whether the company qualifies to participate and become a reorganization investor. There is also uncertainty as to whether the reorganization investment plan can be approved by the creditors' meeting or by the court. The company will fulfill its disclosure obligations in a timely manner on the progress of cooperation in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
