Announcement from China AMC Fund Management Co., Ltd.: The secondary market trading price of the ChinaAMC Nasdaq-100 ETF is significantly higher than the reference net asset value of the fund shares, resulting in a large premium. In order to protect the interests of investors, the fund will be suspended from trading starting from the market opening on January 30, 2026 until 10:30 on the same day.
