State Council: Guide financial institutions to increase credit support for the main entities in new growth areas of consumer services, and reasonably determine the level of loan interest rates.

The General Office of the State Council recently issued the "Work Plan for Accelerating the Cultivation of New Growth Points in Service Consumption", which aims to support the development of service consumption and cultivate new growth points by coordinating the use of existing funding channels. It will optimize the implementation of preferential loan policies for service industry entities, guide financial institutions to increase credit support for entities in the field of new growth points in service consumption, and reasonably determine loan interest rates, as well as innovate and develop unique financial products and services. It will support qualified enterprises in the fields of culture, tourism, education, sports, and housekeeping to issue bonds, and support qualified consumption infrastructure projects to issue real estate investment trust funds in the infrastructure sector. Efforts will be made to increase credit support for consumption, and financial institutions will be encouraged to collaborate with businesses to develop products and services that are suitable for the characteristics of service consumption.
