Southern Sudanese city hit by large-scale drone attack, resulting in dozens of casualties.

On January 28, local time, the health department of the second largest city in South Kordofan state in southern Sudan, Deleing City, stated that the city had experienced a large-scale drone attack that day, resulting in the deaths of dozens of civilians and injuries to many others. The health department accused the Rapid Support Forces of Sudan of deploying multiple suicide drones to launch attacks on multiple targets in Deleing City, including the main local market and the military base of the Sudanese armed forces, causing serious casualties. The exact number of casualties is still being further counted. The Rapid Support Forces have not yet responded to this incident.
