Muyuan Shares: The maximum price of this H-share issuance shall not exceed HK$39 per share.

In a morning announcement on January 29th, Muyuan Shares stated that the company had published and distributed the prospectus for the H-share issuance and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website. The company's global offering of H-shares this time has a base issue size of 274 million shares. In the event that all the over-allotment options are exercised, the maximum number of H-shares issued in the global offering this time will be 315 million shares. The price of this H-share issuance by the company will not exceed HK$39 per share. The public offering of H-shares in Hong Kong by the company will start on January 29th and is expected to end on February 3rd, with the issuance price expected to be announced no later than February 4th.
