China Council for the Promotion of International Trade: The British side has a strong willingness to deepen business and trade exchanges and cooperation.
On January 28th, the spokesperson for the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Wang Wenshuai, stated at a routine press conference that during British Prime Minister Starmar's visit to China, more than 50 leaders of well-known British enterprises and institutions will accompany him. The British side has a strong willingness to deepen industrial and commercial exchanges and cooperation. It was introduced that on the morning of January 30th, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade will cooperate with the British side to hold a China-UK Business Forum in Beijing, inviting government representatives from China and the UK as well as leaders of business associations and companies to engage in in-depth dialogues on government-enterprise exchanges, to promote the implementation of important consensuses reached by the leaders of the two countries, to strengthen institutionalized cooperation in industry and commerce, and to explore specific cooperation intentions in relevant areas.
