The Market Supervision Administration of Shenzhen Municipality and four other departments have issued the "Three-Year Action Plan to Optimize Consumer Environment in Shenzhen". It proposes to regulate the market competition order, formulate the fair competition review measures for important policies and measures in Shenzhen, introduce operation guidelines for fair competition review in key areas such as bidding and procurement, and continuously clean up existing policies that hinder the unified market and fair competition. Implementation of the "Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China", strengthening the enforcement of anti-unfair competition regulations, cracking down on unfair competition behaviors such as abusing platform rules, false evaluations, and mutual attacks. Law enforcement against price violations such as failure to clearly mark prices, price manipulation, hoarding and speculation, exposed a group of typical cases. Vigorous crackdown on market chaos such as malicious price comparison and low-price dumping, to vigorously rectify the "zero-sum" competition behaviors.
