With a total of 34.66 trillion yuan, the GDP of the Yangtze River Delta once again reached a new high. With the release of the economic performance of Jiangsu Province in 2025 by the Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Statistics on January 28th, the economic achievements of Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui have all been revealed. In the final year of the "14th Five-Year Plan", the four regions of the Yangtze River Delta have all submitted satisfactory "annual reports": according to the unified calculation of regional GDP, Shanghai achieved a regional GDP of 56,708.71 billion yuan in 2025, with a year-on-year growth of 5.4% at constant prices; Jiangsu Province's regional GDP was 1,423.515 billion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 5.3% at constant prices; Zhejiang Province's regional GDP was 945.45 billion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 5.5% at constant prices; Anhui Province's regional GDP was 52,989 billion yuan, with a year-on-year growth of 5.5% at constant prices. In terms of the total amount, the economic total of the Yangtze River Delta exceeded 34.66 trillion yuan, an increase of 1.49 trillion yuan from the previous year and an increase of 7.06 trillion yuan since the beginning of the "14th Five-Year Plan". In terms of growth rate, the three provinces and one city have all outperformed the national average.
