The basic framework system for the construction of a beautiful China has been basically formed.

On January 28th, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment held its regular press conference for January. Sun Shouliang, Director General of the Comprehensive Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, stated that the framework system for the construction of a Beautiful China includes strategic layout, organizational implementation, coordinated actions, as well as pilot projects, policy innovation, and accountability. At present, this framework system has basically taken shape, with the "1+1+N" work layout fully implemented. Action has been effectively promoted in 23 specific areas, the construction of high-level pilot areas for Beautiful China in three major strategic regions has begun, and efforts are being made to promote regional chapters and the construction of beautiful cities and villages. A total of 141 exemplary cases of beautiful rivers and lakes and 43 beautiful bays have been released, the "Regulations on the Responsibility of Local Party and Government Leaders for Ecological Environment Protection" have been issued, measures have been taken to assess the effectiveness of the construction of Beautiful China, responsibilities at all levels have been tightened and implemented, and a collaborative working pattern has been formed.
