According to Tianyancha App, on January 27th, Beijing Xibeixiaoniucatering Management Co., Ltd. underwent a commercial change, with Ma Yan resigning as the legal representative, director, and manager, and being succeeded by Jia Guolong. At the same time, Zhang Yanhong resigned as supervisor. The company was established in October 2024 with a registered capital of 3 million RMB. Its business scope includes catering management, enterprise management, and food sales. It is jointly owned by Inner Mongolia Xibe Catering Group Co., Ltd. and Inner Mongolia Jia Guolong Kung Fu Cuisine Food Sales Co., Ltd. Recently, the founder of Xibe Catering Group, Jia Guolong, expressed willingness to return to the front line and no longer build personal IP.
