According to Henan Daily, in 2025, the total fiscal revenue of the province reached 7018.7 billion yuan, breaking through the 700 billion yuan mark for the first time, an increase of 2.4% year-on-year; general public budget revenue was 4501.7 billion yuan, an increase of 2.5%; general public budget expenditure was 11516.1 billion yuan, an increase of 0.5%. Achieving revenue growth under multiple pressures highlights the solid foundation of the Henan economy and the strong resilience of fiscal operations.
