Meikuler announced that creditor Minghui Machinery applied to Changji Prefecture Intermediate People's Court for bankruptcy liquidation of the company on the grounds that the company owed 5.9549 million yuan in unpaid debts. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the company has not received any relevant court rulings and has raised objections as required. The company is currently operating normally and does not meet the legal conditions for bankruptcy liquidation. In 2024 and from January to September 2025, the company's revenue was respectively 635 million yuan and 463 million yuan, with a net profit of -230 million yuan and -33 million yuan. It is uncertain whether the company will enter bankruptcy liquidation proceedings. If the court accepts the case, the company's stock may be subject to delisting risk warnings.
