BaiTong Energy announced that it plans to sign an "investment intention agreement" with Dandong Port Development Limited Company in the Republic of Angola through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing BaiTong Tuda Aluminum Technology Co., Ltd., to invest approximately 400 million US dollars in foreign countries using its own and self-raised funds, and establish a wholly-owned company called BaiTong Tuda Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd.
