At the "Smart Shanghai" Summit in 2026, the computing power enabling the economic co-creation system was officially launched. Participants in the launch ceremony included the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, China Communication Services Shanghai Company, Shanghai Unicom, Shanghai Telecom, Shanghai Mobile, Cloud Sai Zhilian, and Shanghai Information Investment Co., Ltd.
